Construction software made in Quebec: the 2026 list (prices, features, CCQ)

Looking for construction software made in Quebec, in French, that understands the CCQ and GST/QST? The Quebec offering is broader than you might think: quoting, job sites, field service, estimating, CCQ payroll or full management. Here are 13 software products from Quebec vendors or vendors present in Quebec, with what each one does and its price as published on its site on October 26, 2026.

Construction software made in Quebec: how we built the list

💡 Transparency: this list is written by the SubmitX team, which is itself on the list, so we are both judge and party. The facts about each software come from its public pages viewed on October 26, 2026 (sources at the bottom of the page). "Not published" means absent from those pages on that date, not non-existent. See an error? Write to support@submitx.ca and we will correct it.

Entry criterion: the vendor itself says its software is designed or developed in Quebec, or an official source places the company in Quebec. We did not rank anyone: the order follows the type of need, not a score. The prices are the ones shown publicly; when the page does not specify the currency, we say so.

Before reading the profiles, ask yourself a single question: what is your main bottleneck? Quoting, dispatching technicians, takeoff, CCQ payroll or accounting. A good software for a service plumber is not the same as one for a general contractor who bids on tenders.

How to choose among these Quebec software

1

Name your bottleneck

Quoting, dispatch, takeoff, CCQ payroll or accounting: first rule out the tools that do not target that need.

2

Calculate the real cost over 12 months

Add per-user or per-employee fees, activation, training and AI credits. A low entry price can climb as your team grows.

3

Check payroll and taxes

If you have employees covered by the CCQ, ask for a demo of CCQ payroll with your trades. See our CCQ payroll guide.

4

Test with your real files

Use the free trial with 5 to 10 real quotes or real job sites, not examples.

5

Check the exit
