Le module de comptabilité est vraiment wow. Les données parlent entre elles comme du monde et l’intégration avec Sage s’est faite toute seule. C’est vraiment fait pour nous autres, les p’tites entreprises d’ici. Le retour sur investissement est malade, ça vaut 10 fois le prix.
On peut tout personnaliser dans SubmitX, c’est parfait pour notre type d’entreprise. On a transféré nos données Acumatica sans perdre un chiffre. Le gain de temps en admin est juste fou, je recommande fort.
J’ai connecté tout nos anciens fichiers Sage et c’était tellement facile. Le module compta est impressionnant, les chiffres se mettent à jour tout seuls. Le gain de temps est fou, ça vaut vraiment le coût.
Le module de comptabilité est malade. Tout est lié, les données se parlent toutes seules. L’intégration avec Sage s’est faite en 2 minutes. On gagne un temps fou, ça vaut 10 fois ce qu’on paye.
Je pensais pas qu’un logiciel pouvait être aussi flexible. On a tout personnalisé à notre façon de faire pis ça fitte parfaitement. On a importé nos vieilles données d’Acumba sans perte. Le gain de temps en administration, c’est vraiment le fun.
Franchement pour le prix que ça coûte, la qualité est folle. Le logiciel est incroyable, il est parfaitement adapté à nos PME du Québec. On a transféré nos vieilles données Excel sans problème, ça parle avec QuickBooks pis tout. Ça nous sauve un temps fou.

These trades sell by the square foot: surfaces taken from the plans, a bid itemized by product and a deposit at signature. The two guides list the line items to plan for in each specialty.
Bricklayer-masons estimate bricks, blocks and mortar from the elevations. Bid, schedule and CCQ payroll stay in the same project, so hours are not entered twice.

Excavation contractors estimate cut, fill, machine hours and trucking. GPS timecards log the hours on each site, and SEAO monitoring flags municipal and public contracts.
Demolition is priced in labour, containers, trucking and material sorting. The bid, photos and compliance documents stay attached to the project file, available from the office or the site.
In renovation, surprises are common. Change orders signed electronically get extras approved before the work. The client portal gathers the bid, invoices and photos, and the client can pay by card through Stripe.
Landscapers measure lots and surfaces remotely with satellite measurement. Seasonal maintenance is scheduled with recurring service calls, and crews on the road use GPS timecards.
Sprinkler contractors combine installation with periodic inspections. Inspections and recurring service calls track each building, and CCQ payroll handles the fire protection mechanic trade.
Opening survey, order and installation: the bid lists every unit, the purchase order goes to the supplier and the deposit is paid online. Installation photos stay on file for after-sales service.
For public contracts, SEAO monitoring flags tenders and invoicing handles the contractual holdback. Requests for information (RFIs) and shop drawings (submittals) track coordination with the design professionals.
