Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is adjusted pro-rated to the day.
100% free for 7 days, no credit card required. You get access to ALL SubmitX modules. AI credits are pay-as-you-go during the trial. After 7 days, the trial auto-cancels — you can then choose a paid plan.
Our recommendation: start with the 7-day free trial to test all modules. If you're 1–3 people without advanced accounting needs, the Starter $99 plan covers the essentials. Most of our clients then move to the Pro $299 plan which unlocks ALL modules (project management, AI accounting, CCQ payroll, OCR, integrations) — that's our best value.
Each paid plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance ($10 on Starter, $30 on Pro, $50 on Business, unlimited on Ultra). These credits are used to generate AI bids, TakeOff, PM Copilot, etc. If you exceed your allowance, you can buy more à la carte — or upgrade to a higher plan.
