01What is the difference between the plans?
Starter to get going (1 to 3 users, 100 AI credits per month). Pro for small teams (up to 25 users, 300 AI credits per month, SEAO, integrations). Ultra for organizations with more than 25 users (on quote, unlimited AI credits, SSO, dedicated management). Unlimited quotes on all paid plans.
02Is there a discount for an annual subscription?
Yes, an annual commitment lowers the price. The details are given with your price, on request: ask for it here.
03Can I change plans during my subscription?
Yes, at any time. Upgrade: the difference is prorated. Downgrade: applied at the next cycle, no penalty.
04Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with no fees or penalty. Your account goes back to the Free plan and your data stays accessible. If you close your account, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
05Are taxes included in the prices?
No. Prices shown are before GST/QST. Quebec taxes are applied at billing.
06Is there a free trial?
A 7-day free trial on all plans, no credit card required. Our team migrates your Excel/QuickBooks data.
