Le module de comptabilité est vraiment wow. Les données parlent entre elles comme du monde et l’intégration avec Sage s’est faite toute seule. C’est vraiment fait pour nous autres, les p’tites entreprises d’ici. Le retour sur investissement est malade, ça vaut 10 fois le prix.
On peut tout personnaliser dans SubmitX, c’est parfait pour notre type d’entreprise. On a transféré nos données Acumatica sans perdre un chiffre. Le gain de temps en admin est juste fou, je recommande fort.
J’ai connecté tout nos anciens fichiers Sage et c’était tellement facile. Le module compta est impressionnant, les chiffres se mettent à jour tout seuls. Le gain de temps est fou, ça vaut vraiment le coût.
Le module de comptabilité est malade. Tout est lié, les données se parlent toutes seules. L’intégration avec Sage s’est faite en 2 minutes. On gagne un temps fou, ça vaut 10 fois ce qu’on paye.
Je pensais pas qu’un logiciel pouvait être aussi flexible. On a tout personnalisé à notre façon de faire pis ça fitte parfaitement. On a importé nos vieilles données d’Acumba sans perte. Le gain de temps en administration, c’est vraiment le fun.
Franchement pour le prix que ça coûte, la qualité est folle. Le logiciel est incroyable, il est parfaitement adapté à nos PME du Québec. On a transféré nos vieilles données Excel sans problème, ça parle avec QuickBooks pis tout. Ça nous sauve un temps fou.

Ce que je trouve intéressant, c’est que ça permet de regrouper plusieurs choses au même endroit : les soumissions, le suivi des clients, les projets et chantiers, la facturation, la gestion des employés et même la paie CCQ.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your settings. There are no pro-rated refunds for the period already paid.
The Free plan is permanent: no credit card, no time limit, unlimited bids. AI credits are bought as needed. The paid plans (Starter, Pro) come with a 7-day trial that needs no credit card; without a card at the end of the trial, your account moves to the Free plan and keeps its data. Ultra (beyond 25 users) is on quote and has no self-serve trial.
Our recommendation: start with the 7-day free trial to test all modules. If you're 1–3 people without advanced accounting needs, the Starter plan covers the essentials. If you need project management, accounting, CCQ payroll or integrations, the Pro plan (up to 25 users) includes them. For pricing, ask us here.
Starter includes 100 credits per month, Pro 300, Ultra unlimited credits; an AI action uses 1, 3 or 8 credits depending on the model. Plan credits renew every month, and purchased packs do not expire from one month to the next. No overage is ever billed: when credits run out, the AI stops and the rest of the software keeps working.
Yes, with no penalty, from your settings. Your account drops to the Free plan and your data stays accessible. If you close your account, you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted. There are no pro-rated refunds for the period already paid, including on annual billing.

Ultra always goes through a conversation with our team: the price depends on company size and needs (white-label, SAML single sign-on, onboarding). To see every module in each plan, check the SubmitX features.
The SubmitX Free plan is permanent: unlimited bids, 1 user, no credit card. It includes no AI credits; you can buy them as needed.
Each AI action (for example, drafting a bid) uses 1, 3 or 8 credits depending on the AI model used.
Extra credit packs, from 100 to 8,000 credits, can be bought in the app as needed. Their price is provided on request.
AI-generated bids always land in "pending validation": you review every line before sending, and GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) are recalculated.
The plan price covers every user up to the plan's cap: no per-user fee up to 3 users (Starter) or 25 users (Pro), and no mandatory implementation fee.
If you cancel a paid plan, your account moves to the Free plan and your data is kept. If you close your account entirely, you have 30 days to export your data, then it is deleted.
