How much does SubmitX cost?

SubmitX pricing is provided on request. It depends on the plan (Free, Starter, Pro or Ultra) and on the size of your team: fill in the "Contact us" form of a plan or call 514-835-8734, and our team replies with a price that fits your business. The Free plan remains available with no credit card.

Ultra always goes through a conversation with our team: the price depends on company size and needs (white-label, SAML single sign-on, onboarding). To see every module in each plan, check the SubmitX features.

Free construction software: what the Free plan includes

The SubmitX Free plan is permanent: unlimited bids, 1 user, no credit card. It includes no AI credits; you can buy them as needed.

• Unlimited bids, with no expiry date.
• 1 user.
• 0 AI credits included: credit packs can be purchased (see below).
• Upgrade to a paid plan at any time, with a 7-day trial that needs no credit card.

How AI credits work

Each AI action (for example, drafting a bid) uses 1, 3 or 8 credits depending on the AI model used.

• Plan credits: 100 per month on Starter, 300 per month on Pro. They renew every month.
• Purchased packs: they do not expire from one month to the next.
• No overage is ever billed: when your credits run out, the AI stops, but the rest of the software (manual bids, projects, invoices, payroll) keeps working normally. Nothing is added to your bill unless you buy it.

AI credit packs

Extra credit packs, from 100 to 8,000 credits, can be bought in the app as needed. Their price is provided on request.

AI-generated bids always land in "pending validation": you review every line before sending, and GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) are recalculated.

What's included, with no hidden fees

The plan price covers every user up to the plan's cap: no per-user fee up to 3 users (Starter) or 25 users (Pro), and no mandatory implementation fee.

• No per-user fee up to the plan cap (3 or 25). Beyond 25, it's the Ultra plan.
• No mandatory implementation or setup fee.
• Option: full data migration done by our team, billed once (pricing on request, non-refundable once paid). You can also import your own Excel or CSV files at no cost.
• Import your data from Excel or CSV (clients, products, bids).
• iOS and Android app included with the account.
• Two-factor authentication, per-employee and per-module permissions, audit log.
• Full account export and CSV/Excel exports per module.
• Data hosted in Canada (Montreal). Details in the security FAQ (in French).

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel a paid plan, your account moves to the Free plan and your data is kept. If you close your account entirely, you have 30 days to export your data, then it is deleted.

• Cancelling a paid plan: back to the Free plan, data kept.
• Closing the account: 30 days to export your data, then deletion.
• Refunds: no pro-rated refunds for the period already paid.
• 7-day trial: no credit card required. Without a card at the end of the trial, the account moves to the Free plan.
